TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Kreative Chaos jewellery is designed and handmade solely by me, Lyzanne Pereira, and as such it is expected that there will be variations between items, and occasional imperfections.  These are all part of the attractive and unique nature of each piece, and compliments its character.  
  2. Items can be ordered directly through this website or via Etsy (limited items).  Many items are one-of-a-kind due to the gemstones I use.  In some cases, at my discretion, I may be able to re-create a design with an alternative gemstone.
  3. If you are interested having a bespoke item, please email me to arrange an initial discussion about your requirements.
  4. For stocked items the estimated despatch time is 5 – 10 business days.  
  5. Despatch times for bespoke and made to order items will vary.  Sufficient time is required to design, source materials, make the item and send for hallmarking (where applicable).  Most made to order items will be available within 4-6 weeks and bespoke items within 4-6 weeks of the order being confirmed.  It is likely to be sooner than this and you will be informed by email as soon as it has been despatched.  Should you urgently need an item by a particular date please contact me and we can discuss this further.
  6. We accept payments through Stripe on the website using a debit or credit card.  Full payment (including postage costs where applicable) must be received before the item is made and despatched.  In the case of a bespoke order, once the order has been agreed by both parties a minimum 50% deposit will be taken and the balance is due on completion.  The item will not be despatched until full payment has been received.

    Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery companies are understandably very busy, and some orders are taking much longer than usual to arrive.  Please bear with me during this uncertain time and keep a check on the tracking code (where applicable) for the most accurate updates.  Kreative Chaos cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once the item has despatched.

              
  8. Currently we are unable to post internationally.  If you are not based in the UK and see an item you would like to purchase please contact me to discuss this further.  Some countries have restrictions on the import of jewellery and I reserve the right not to accept your order if your country falls under this category.
  9. Where international orders are accepted they may incur additional charges such as tax or customs duties. I are unable to offer any information about these charges as they will differ for each product and country, and they are solely the responsibility of the customer.  Please note I will not be liable for these additional charges.
  10. Returns and exchanges should be sent back in a new and unused condition within 14 calendar days of receipt.   Any agreed refund will exclude postage costs unless the item was faulty.  Regrettably it is not possible for me to accept returns on bespoke, personalised or pierced items unless they are deemed faulty.  If there has been damage in transit, or if you have any concerns about the item when you receive it, please contact me within 5 calendar days.  We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance and tracking, for all returns.  The item remains your responsibility until I have confirmed its receipt.
  11. Kreative Chaos jewellery items are guaranteed against problems arising from defects in workmanship for 6 months from the date of receipt of the item. I would be happy to address any problems arising after that date but a fee may be applicable.  Any damage through misuse, neglect, accidental or ‘normal’ wear and tear is not covered under this guarantee.  Please see our comprehensive guide on how to care for your jewellery in the Help section.
  12. Information about the sizing of my jewellery can be found in the Help section.  Resizing of certain jewellery items is sometimes possible but will incur a fee.  Please contact me to discuss this further.
  13. Precious metal costs will vary over time, and it may be necessary for prices to be adjusted accordingly.  I reserve the right to do this without notice at any time.  Bespoke orders, where the price and timescale has already been agreed by both parties, will not be affected.
